A Theology of Suffering, part 3

Speaker: Matthew Lim
Series: Romans: God's Righteousness Revealed
Passage: Romans 8:16-29
Service Type: Morning Service

Bible Text: Romans 8:16-29 | Speaker: Matthew Lim | Series: Romans: God’s Righteousness Revealed | Endeavoring to gain an understand of human suffering must begin, not with suffering, but with God. To reverse the procedure will not only produce an unhealthy view of suffering but a skewed understanding of God. A biblical theology of suffering is rooted in an accurate understanding of the gospel, is encouraged by the temporary nature of this world and is comforted in hope of God’s calling and purpose.
